hello! i’m jennifer
Wife, mother, & Disney Expert
Like many Millenials, I grew up at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. My family visited multiple times a year and frankly, it still wasn’t enough for me. When we got home I missed the sounds of the Electrical Magic Parade, the smells of the Main Street Confectionery, and even having to match my older siblings in 1990s Old Navy outfits.
Disney has always been more than a family vacation to me – it has been my second home filled with magical memories that only come from visiting the parks.
My dad always tells me to “be where the people are”, so during my senior year of college, I applied and was accepted into the Disney College Program! I worked in merchandise at the Grand Floridian Resort where I became a trainer and even won an award for my customer service! During my time working in Orlando, I discovered new ways to enjoy the theme parks and experienced even more magical moments than I can even count. After my program ended, I graduated college and followed my Prince Charming out of the Sunshine State.
Ever since, I’ve been chasing the magic and finding ways to love Walt Disney World from a distance.
That’s why I became an authorized Disney Vacation Planner working for a Diamond Earmarked Agency helping families, like yours, experience the magic of Walt Disney World. This blog is just an extension of that, where I can help you bring magic to your home with theme park inspired outfits, easy DIY’s, and delicious Disney recipes sprinkled in.

These are a few of my favorite things…
- Ariel is my favorite character because of her love for adventure and bubbly personality! Plus, I too have a treasure trove of gadgets & gizmos a-plenty (a.k.a. too many Disney collectibles)!
- EPCOT is my favorite park because it’s a new experience every time! Each festival brings with it new eats & experiences that draw me in without taking me away from classics like Spaceship Earth and the country pavilions.
- Although I love all of the new and innovative rides like Rise of the Resistance and Flight of Passage, there’s nothing like a classic Magic Kingdom Dark ride! Just don’t make me choose between Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion!
- I don’t have a favorite Disney snack as much as I have a favorite snack experience! Ending my day in Magic Kingdom with a freshly made sweet treat from the Main Street Confectionery bakery case before heading back to our resort is a chef’s kiss for me!
